Remove the Shortcut Arrows @ Desktop

 First, start registry editor by start
>> run >> type "regedit">> press enter
Explore the following registry entry :

HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT -> lnkfile

There you will find a key named (IsShortcut) just delete it and restart your computer.DONE !
